How Does Your Membership Help Support WTA?

$35 buys one shovel or grub hoe.
|
|
$50 buys a pulaski or a pair of loppers, both handy trail tools.
|
|
$100 covers the cost of a Wildland Discovery Hike.
|
|
$250 underwrites the work needed to coordinate one "Leave No Trace"
potluck for members and local Forest Service staff.
|
|
$500 covers the cost of maintaining one mile of trail with a crew of
eight volunteers.
|
|
$1000 underwrites first aid training for all of WTA's volunteer crew leaders
|
|
$2500 pays for the time needed to recruit, plan and lead a weeklong
volunteer vacation on a backcountry hiking trail.
